Not what we expected
The kindness of the front desk staff made my abrupt cancellation easier to handle. They genuinely seemed to care about guests’ experiences.
However, the rooms were a complete disappointment—dirty furniture and stained linens. It’s hard to understand how this place has such a high rating.

The soundproofing in the room leaves much to be desired. voices and footsteps from the hallway can disturb your peace. The lack of in-room coffee maker is a personal letdown, making morning caffeine fixes more of a trek than I'd like. Also, the Wi-Fi connection fluctuates significantly, which can be annoying if you’re trying to get some work done or stream a movie.
